If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided return label and drop the package at your nearest authorized shipping center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our Tokyo team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
